Micro Dot pHAT Full Kit with Green LEDs
The Micro Dot pHAT is an old time LED matrix display board. It is made up of six LED matrices with 5×7 pixels each (the effective display area is of 30×7) plus a decimal point. It uses the little Lite-On LTP-305 matrices. You can use from 1 to 6 matrices. This product is ideal to build a retro clock, a small 30-band spectrum analyzer or a scrolling message display.
You can use the Micro Dot pHAT also with other pHATs and HATs. In combination with pHAT DAC, it can display the audio spectrum. In combination with Enviro pHAT, it will display its pressure, temperature and light readings.
Micro Dot pHAT full kit includes 6 green LEDs modules that need soldering (you will have to solder them yourself). If youโd like the version of this product with red LEDs, visit the Micro Dot pHAT with Red LED modules.
Like other pHATs, Micro Dot pHAT works with all 40-pin Raspberry Pi (4B, 3B+, 3, 2, B+, A+, Zero and Zero W) boards. If you use it with the Raspberry Pi Zero, the final format will be very small.
