Withdraw from Contract

Please complete this form if you are a Private Customer (Consumer) and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for professional or business purposes (B2B), including those made by professionals with a VAT number, companies, schools and associations.

Submitting this form and the confirmation email you will receive do not automatically result in the cancellation of your order or the immediate initiation of a refund. Once we have received your form, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the products.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and that PiLover is not liable for any damage, theft or loss of goods returned via uninsured postage. Furthermore, missing or damaged products, packaging or accessories may result in a reduction in the refund amount.

Only if you cancel the entire order will the cost of standard delivery also be refunded; express delivery will be refunded only up to that amount.
