How do you invoice?

We issue electronic invoices for VAT-registered businesses and, upon request, also for private customers. We are VAT-exempt and do not apply VAT to invoices.

Is PiLover an “Approved Reseller Raspberry Pi”?

No, we are not an “Approved Raspberry Pi Reseller”, but Raspberry Pi is an open-market product, and we purchase it directly from the official distribution network. This means you will always find the full range of Raspberry Pi products with us.

Which brands do you sell?

PiLover is an Approved Reseller of Adafruit, Pimoroni, and UuGear. We also resell brands such as Omzlo, Pololu, Argon40, RetroFlag, OzzMaker, 4Tronix, 8086, Bopla, Corona, Espressif, Fitec, Sparkfun, SmartiCase, and many others.

Why can’t I add more than one unit of the same item to the cart?

Some products are subject to purchase limits due to limited availability from our suppliers. Therefore, you may only purchase one unit of these items per order, in order to ensure availability for everyone.

In which countries do you sell?

Currently, we sell in Italy and throughout the European Economic Union. You can find more details on the shipping & payment page.

In which languages can we communicate?

We speak Italian, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Feel free to contact us in any of these languages.

I just placed an order but I want to cancel it, is that possible?

An order can be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. Cancellation does not incur penalties or additional costs.

To cancel an order, please send us an email at support@pilover.com, including the order number and clearly stating your intention to cancel the order.

I received a defective product, what should I do?

If a product has a defect or fault, please contact us at support@pilover.com.

In your email, please include:

1. A detailed description of the malfunction and the context in which it occurs (e.g., libraries used, wiring diagram).
2. As much supporting material as possible, such as error codes, videos, or photos.

I changed my mind, can I return the products I purchased (Right of Withdrawal)?

The right of withdrawal is guaranteed to private customers within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product(s) remain intact.
This right does not apply to professionals (VAT holders, companies, schools, associations).

How do I request a return (Withdrawal)?

To start a withdrawal request, simply contact us by following the instructions in point 8 of our terms and conditions.
