Payments


All of our payment methods are offered through the PayPal hub, thanks to agreements between PayPal and third-party providers. This ensures maximum security and speed for your transactions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal and credit cards (Visa or Mastercard, including prepaid cards) through the PayPal platform, as well as real-time bank transfers through Sofort or MyBank. (Available methods may vary depending on the PayPal account used). We also accept payments with the “Carta del Docente” voucher.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, we issue electronic invoices for customers purchasing as businesses/professionals or for private individuals who request one. We are VAT-exempt and do not separate VAT in invoices (Art.1 sec. 54-89 of Law no. 190/2014, as amended by Law no. 208/2015 and Law no. 145/2018).

Cash on delivery

As mentioned earlier, we do not offer cash on delivery, as we consider it insecure compared to our other methods.

Shipping costs

For all destinations within Italy, we offer various solutions, including packaging, with different couriers starting from €9.95

While the prices shown on this page are subject to several factors, the final shipping cost displayed at checkout is clear and inclusive of all items. There are no additional or hidden fees.

Shipping times

For products in stock, we dispatch orders within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). During peak sales periods, handling times may be slightly longer. For any questions regarding your orders, don’t hesitate to email us at info@pilover.com, we’ll be happy to help.

Our team monitors each shipment with the couriers to ensure packages follow the expected route and timeframe.

Shipment tracking

All our shipments come with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package on the courier’s website from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to the addressee. Tracking details are provided once your order is ready to ship, together with your order completion confirmation email.

Pickup Point

Customers in the area can pick up their orders at our designated pickup point: Via Arce 21/23, Salerno (SA), 84125, at Computertribe. Pickup hours: Monday–Friday: 12:00–13:00 and 17:00–19:00. Saturday: 12:00–13:00. Orders placed before 15:00 can be collected the same day from 17:00; later orders are available from the next business day. The exact pickup time is indicated in the order confirmation email, along with your order number. Important: To collect your order, you must present your order number (used as a password) and sign the delivery receipt.

Cash on Delivery

As mentioned earlier, we do not offer cash on delivery, as we consider it insecure compared to our other methods.

Shipping within Italy

We ship with DHL, Bartolini (DPD), and Poste Italiane/SDA.

With Poste Italiane/SDA, you can choose between “express shipping,” which takes 1–2 business days (at a cost of €12.94), or “standard shipping,” which takes 1–4 business days (at a cost of €9.95).

Bartolini (DPD) delivers within 1–2 business days (€13,95). 2–3 business days for Remote Areas/Islands (€15,76).

DHL offers only “DHL Express”: 1–2 business days (€15.21) or for Remote Areas/Islands (€24.64).

International Shipping

International shipments (within the European Union) are carried out via DHL and DPD (Bartolini). Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination country. For any questions or assistance, please contact us by email at: info@pilover.com.

The European Union countries we ship to are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary.

Order Dispatch

All orders are handed over to couriers within 24 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday.

Where We Do Not Ship

We do not ship to Livigno (CAP 23041), Trepalle (CAP 23041), or Campione d’Italia (CAP 22061).

We also do not sell or ship to residents of Vatican City or San Marino.

We do not ship to Switzerland or outside the European Union.

At checkout you can check available couriers and prices for your delivery ZIP code.

Courier Limitations

For some locations, only one courier option may be available if others do not provide service there.

Deliveries to Sicily, Sardinia, the islands of the Gulf of Naples, Calabria, or other remote/difficult-to-access areas may take longer and are served by Poste Italiane/SDA, Bartolini (DPD), or DHL.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, strikes, or political/civil unrest.

Incorrect Address or Customer Absence

It is the CLIENT’s (recipient’s) responsibility to be available during the delivery of the shipment (order) and to provide a correct and recognizable delivery address. If the CUSTOMER (addressee) is unavailable during courier delivery attempts or provides an incorrect/unreachable address, they will bear the costs incurred by PiLover for the first delivery attempt, storage, and return. See section 7.9 of our Terms and Conditions.

Additional Delivery Information

For high-value orders, we reserve the right to select the courier at our discretion, in order to ensure maximum shipment security, at no additional cost to the customer.
