To expand the possibilities of your Pimoroni breakouts, you can use these extenders with female-to-female jumper wires (sold separately).

The kit includes 3 Breakout Extenders and 3 Garden Extenders. You can insert Pimoroni breakouts into the Breakout Extenders and plug the Garden Extenders into the slots of the Breakout Garden. They can then be connected using female-to-female jumper wires, allowing you to extend connections wherever needed.

Thanks to these Breakout Extenders, you can also use Pimoroni breakouts without the Breakout Garden. Simply insert a breakout into the socket. Then, connect it directly to a Raspberry Pi, Arduino, or any microcontroller using pre-crimped wires. If you are prototyping, the extender sockets can also be used directly on breadboards.

These Garden Extenders allow you to use additional breakouts with the Breakout Garden HAT. Just insert them into the Breakout Garden slots and connect them to an I2C breakout using pre-crimped wires.

If you don’t already have them, make sure to get some extra jumper wires—they are essential!
