Four Letter pHAT: green character display

The Four Letter pHAT can be used as a display, as it has four 14-segment displays. It can display numbers, text and plenty of other characters. The LEDs are driven by the HT16K33chip over I2C and the LEDs colour is a lovely retro green.

This product is the ideal read-out for displaying temperature, times and more for your Raspberry Pi projects. If combined with other pHAT, such as the Enviro pHAT and/or Explorer pHAT, the Four Letter pHAT will display their sensor values.

Software
You can install, thanks to the one-line installer, the Four Letter pHAT Python library. Some examples will illustrate the diverse possibilities of what to do with this product. It can be used as a clock, a CPU activity monitor, as a countdown timer and more.

Raspbian Wheezy is not supported by the Python library.

Female header and display pins require soldering.
