The RTL-SDR Blog V3 is widely regarded as one of the best RTL-SDR receivers on the market thanks to its excellent price-to-performance ratio.

This radio receiver is Version 3 and is based on the R860 (R820T2) tuner. It also includes several key features such as a 1 PPM temperature-compensated oscillator (TCXO), SMA female connector, aluminum enclosure with passive cooling, software-switchable bias tee circuit to power LNAs and active antennas, additional ESD protection, a redesigned low-noise PCB, and built-in direct sampling for basic HF reception.

The original “RTL-SDR Blog V3” SDR, using the RTL2832U ADC chip, offers a tuning range from 500 kHz up to 1.7 GHz, with up to 3.2 MHz of instantaneous bandwidth (2.4 MHz stable).
