Bonnet OLED Monocromatico da 2.23″ per Raspberry Pi

This is the ideal product for anyone who wants a bright, easy-to-read display for their Raspberry Pi or Pi Zero project.

This 2.23″ monochrome OLED bonnet for Raspberry Pi is excellent and can meet all your needs, with a display that can be connected to all Raspberry Pi models (with a 40-pin header).

This Adafruit’s bonnet features a monochrome OLED with a 2.13″ diagonal, offering 128×32 crisp and sharp white pixels. It uses I2C pins, leaving plenty of GPIO connections available for sensors, buttons, LEDs, and more. Its flat design is perfect for cases with an open top – no problem fitting this display on top!

This OLED has the same resolution as the PiOLED display, but it is much larger, so it can be read from a greater distance. The screen is made up of 128×32 individual white OLED pixels. The power required to run this OLED is very low because the screen does not need backlighting – it generates its own light. This is also why it offers such high contrast.

It’s also worth noting that this display is very easy to use. Check out Adafruit’s Python library for the SSD1305 chipset. Thanks to the example code, you’ll be able to draw images, text, and much more using the Python imaging library. Adafruit’s tests have shown refresh rates of up to 30 FPS, meaning you can even display animations or simple videos.

This product is shipped fully pre-assembled and tested, so you just need to plug it in and install the Python code. It works with all Raspberry Pi models that have a 2×20 connector.

Attention: This product consists of the OLED bonnet only. The Raspberry Pi board and other items shown in the images are not included.

On the back of the bonnet, there is a Qwiic/STEMMA QT connector for I2C sensors and devices, allowing you to easily connect and use any STEMMA QT-compatible device.

Take care of your OLED display! It is made up of hundreds of organic light-emitting diodes, meaning each pixel is a tiny organic LED. If left on continuously for more than 1000 hours, it may begin to fade. To avoid this, remember to turn off the display when not in use. This will help maintain consistent brightness over time.
