MOSWITCH-SPDT: 9A / 28V unipolar two-way MOSFET switch

MOSWITCH-SPDT is an SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) switch implemented using MOSFETs and is extremely compact (2 cm x 2 cm).

The control signal (CTRL) and the main power lines share a common ground, and this product can connect the positive terminal of V-IN to OUT-A (default) or OUT-B (when CTRL is HIGH). It functions like a relay, but is silent, has a faster switching speed and a longer service life.

An optocoupler is used on the board to isolate both the control signal and the main power supply lines. It is very simple and safe to use a low-voltage signal (such as 3.3V or 5V) to control a circuit with a higher voltage (up to 28V) and higher current (up to 9A for a resistive load).

WARNING!! NEVER carry out wiring while the power supply is connected, as the voltage spike could damage the device. The MOSWITCH-SPDT specification values are valid when the device is securely connected. If you manually connect or disconnect the power supply while the load is connected, the device may be damaged, even if the voltage or current is well below the specified limits.
